Navigating lifes transitionswhether through grief, chronic health changes, or the exhaustion of neurodivergent masking can leave you feeling disconnected. I provide a grounded, nurturing space for adults and young people (16+) to find stability. As an accredited counsellor, I use a structured approach tailored to your unique identity. If you are tired of feeling stuck, you don't have to carry it alone. Start with a free, no-pressure 20-minute discovery call.
About me and my practice
Stability and clarity are possible. At Navigating Seasons Counselling Services, I provide a calm, inclusive, and culturally-attuned space to help you find a sustainable path forward.
I offer affirming support for anxiety, stress, low mood, C-PTSD, neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism), and chronic health conditions. Because I have lived experience of sight loss and chronic illness, you can skip the exhausting step of explaining the basicsI understand the daily realities without you needing to teach me.
Based in Oldbury, I support individuals across Sandwell, Birmingham, and the West Midlands, alongside offering accessible online therapy UK-wide.
Experience
My practice is built on a structured 5-pillar Integrative model (combining Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, TA, and Gestalt) alongside deep IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems) trauma work.
Instead of just talking about the problems, we work safely with how your body holds distress using the Somatic Pathway. If you experience racing thoughts or internal conflict, I use a gentle, step-by-step unblending protocol. This helps you safely find distance from overwhelming feelings so you can understand what those parts of you truly need.
Whether you are navigating identity shifts, trauma, or structural barriers, you will find a safe, accredited framework where you are fully seen and respected.
