I am an Integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and work within a range of modalities including person-centred and psychodynamic. I work with adults and young people 18+. I offer a safe and confidential setting on-line and face to face.

Experience
My background has been supporting vulnerable people within a Criminal Justice setting. Overt time this has included Victims/Survivors of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence. I have also had five years experience working with Bereavement and Trauma informed support following Homicide. This has provided me with excellent all round knowledge and skills in general mental health and well-being awareness.
I have therapeutic experience in dealing with:
Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Abuse, Autism spectrum, Health related issues, Post Traumatic Stress, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues and Relationships, including Couples Counselling and Relational work.
Qualifications
Basic Certificate in Counselling Skills
Diploma Level 3 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
Diploma Level 5 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
Certificate in Relational Counselling

I will offer concessions dependant on circumstances; on a case by case basis.
When I Work
I am available for client sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday both daytime and evenings.
I provide long-term or short-term work dependant on requirement.
