I am an experienced and established therapist, educated originally in the Person Centred Approach (since 2000) with further training and qualification in working with Ex-Boarders and boarding school issues, relationship and sexual concerns, stress, depression, trauma and anxiety.
About me and my practice
I am committed to helping you to tap back into your own resources to solve problems or make changes. My approach is generally non-directive, in that I do not tend to suggest what you should be talking about with me, neither do I give advice, or tell you what to do, but you can expect my active support in the exploration of any issue that confronts you.
