I am a BACP-accredited counsellor providing a nurturing space for adults and young people (16+). I support clients with challenges like anxiety, stress, grief, and low mood, alongside my work specialising in C-PTSD, Neurodiversity, Chronic Health, and Sight Loss.
Using an Integrative-IFS informed model, I offer a space where you can feel truly understood. My goal is to help you navigate life's transitions and move from feeling overwhelmed to finding a renewed sense of balance and clarity.
About me and my practice
Stability and clarity are possible, even when life feels overwhelming. At Navigating Seasons Counselling Services, I provide a grounded space designed to help you find your steady ground. Whether you are navigating everyday struggles or deeply complex life changes, we work together to find a sustainable path forward.
Areas of Support
I support clients across a wide range of challenges, ensuring you feel heard and understood without having to explain the basics:
* Anxiety, Stress, and Low Mood: Finding tools to manage the weight of daily life, burnout, and emotional exhaustion.
* Complex Trauma (C-PTSD): Using a specific unblending protocol to help you find space from overwhelming thoughts and sensations.
* Neurodiversity: Affirming support for ADHD and Autistic clients to navigate masking and find ways to thrive that fit your brain.
* Disability and Chronic Health: Drawing on lived experience of chronic health and sight loss to support the emotional impact of long-term conditions.
* Life Transitions: Support for grief, relationship breakdowns, and navigating changes in identity.
How we work together
My approach is built on a 5-pillar Integrative-IFS informed model (Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, TA, and Gestalt). This means I adapt my skills to your specific needs rather than using a one size fits all method. I offer a safe, inclusive, and culturally-attuned space for all clients.
Location and Accessibility
I provide specialist telephone and online counselling across the UK. While I work nationwide, I am rooted in the West Midlands, supporting Sandwell, Birmingham, and the Black Country.
Next Steps
If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to book a free 20-minute discovery call. It is a chance for us to talk about what you need and see if we are a good fit. You can book directly through the platform.
Experience
My professional background is rooted in supporting individuals through lifes most complex transitions. As an accredited counsellor, I have developed extensive experience working within both short-term and open-ended frameworks, with a particular focus on C-PTSD, Neurodiversity, and Chronic Health.
I work with adults and young people (16+) from all backgrounds, providing a culturally-attuned space that acknowledges the impact of heritage and identity. My clinical experience covers a broad spectrum of mental health, from managing anxiety, stress, and low mood to the long-term processing of trauma, grief, and relationship breakdowns.
My practice is built on a structured 5-pillar Integrative-IFS informed model. While this incorporates several established therapeutic lenses, my primary focus is on the Somatic Pathway. This means we look at how your body holds tension and sensation, moving beyond traditional talk therapy. I use a specific unblending protocol to help you find distance from overwhelming thoughts and reconnect with your core self.
Having lived experience of a chronic health condition and sight loss, I bring a unique perspective to my specialist work as an Accredited Sight Loss Counsellor. I understand the psychological toll of navigating a world not always built for difference. Whether I am supporting clients in Sandwell and the Black Country or working with people nationwide, my focus is on providing a grounded, inclusive service that helps you build lasting resilience.
