If youre feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling in your relationships, counselling can help you make sense of whats going on and find a clearer way forward. I offer a calm, grounded space where you can talk openly, understand yourself better, and begin making meaningful changes in your life or relationship.
About me and my practice
I work with men, individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated or unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I support are dealing with stress, anger, anxiety, low confidence, relationship difficulties or a sense that life isnt where they expected it to be.
Counselling with me offers a chance to slow down and reflect on whats happening in a safe, confidential space with someone outside your daytoday life. Together we explore your situation in a way that helps you understand yourself more clearly, recognise unhelpful patterns, and make choices that feel more aligned with who you want to be.
My approach is personcentred, which means I work in a calm, straightforward and nonjudgemental way. I dont tell you what to do or offer quick fixes. Instead, I help you make sense of whats going on beneath the surface so you can create real, lasting change.
I also offer couples counselling, supporting partners who are struggling with communication, trust, conflict, emotional distance or repeating patterns that feel hard to break. Sessions help you both understand whats happening in the relationship, express yourselves more openly, and rebuild connection in a way that feels safe and respectful.
Whether youre coming on your own or as a couple, you dont need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You just need a space where you can talk honestly and begin moving things forward at your own pace.
