I have 19 years experience of working with individuals and 10 years working with couples. Relationships play a key role in our lives and how you relate to yourself and others. Counselling is an opportunity for you to consider change, being mindful of the only person you can change is yourself. My goal is to support you moving forward and helping you discover your authentic self, by becoming more self aware in a safe and non-judgemental place.

I am a BACP accredited individual and couples counsellor, welcome to my profile. I understand life can be a challenge sometimes and I am here to listen and hear about your concerns.
I offer a caring, non-judgemental and compassionate space for individuals and couples , to grow, explore change and to improve their health and wellbeing. I believe everybody deserves to live a healthy, fulfilled and happy life.

Initial Consultation
The first session is an holistic assessment, by telephone, video call or face to face. This will be an opportunity for you to tell me about yourself. We can try identify some or all of your concerns and then focus on what areas you want to change, to help you ultimately improve your future.
Talking to me in the first session is the start of your journey and you can open up to me about all those areas of your life that may cause you distress or discomfort. Then you can decide if you are ready to proceed into counselling.
