About me and my practice
I work with varied individuals including:

* Those who have been abused sexually, emotionally or physically
* Those with psychiatric diagnoses and ADHD

We can work together on a short term or long term basis.
My training and experience spans psychotherapeutic practice in a number of traditions (e.g. Person-centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Existential etc) depending on your needs. I place great emphasis on psychoeducation so you can understand yourself better.
As a successful coach, I can draw on these skills and this experience as well to help you achieve the change you desire.
Experience
I have been a successful executive coach for over 20 years. And a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor since 2023.
I worked at a not for profit counselling service specialising in low cost and long term therapy in Richmond for almost two years.
My original psychology Honours degree was British Psychological Society approved. And I have since qualified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), psychometric assessment, mediation and executive coach/mentoring.
My private practice offers face-to-face sessions in Central London on Friday afternoon and evenings and online sessions on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
