About me and my practice

Are you a woman in midlife or menopause feeling anxious, low in confidence, emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself or your relationship?

I specialise in supporting women through midlife and menopause transitions helping you understand whats happening emotionally and gently rebuild confidence, calm and clarity.

So if you're stuck in your life, if you're trying to juggle your job and home life and feel youre spinning too many plates. Is this all causing you to feel anxious, stressed and overwhelmed? Are you unhappy in your relationship and need help as a couple, or fed up that youre still single but the dating scene is daunting, stressful & just awful? Or you've just broke up from a traumatic, unhappy or narcissistic relationship, been cheated on & left alone, anxious & broken? Are you stuck in an unfulfilled job, bored out of your mind but feel you've got to stick at it & suck it up, just get on with it? Are you just really totally fed up with your life and at a cross-roads or you strongly feel you may be menopausal as there are many signs but you carry on anyway, struggling? ...

You've tried general counselling before but not get anywhere, so gave up, or just stuck on the NHS waiting list & fed up of waiting for help....Then my private, confidential, super-supportive Therapy & Coaching can help you cope NOW, cope , BETTER & help you have a better, happier & more fulfilled life.

With tools, strategies, support, guidance, worksheets & homework tasks, we'll help you set realistic, manageable goals for what you want to get out of your life, nobody else's life, but your own and where you really want to be.

Experience

So About Me..
Im Mandi Weymes, a Relationship Therapist, Life Coach & Midlife/Menopause Specialist with over 32 years experience supporting women and couples through emotional challenges, life transitions and relationship difficulties. I've been around the block, and then some, with my own struggles, traumas & menopause so my personal first-hand experience covering many years, I find I am best placed to help you. I hear you, I see you, I can help you.

Many of the women I work with come to me feeling not like themselves anymore. (oh have been there). This may show up as anxiety, low mood, loss of confidence, emotional overwhelm, irritability, relationship tension or feeling stuck and unsure about the future - often alongside perimenopause or menopause.

I offer a warm, supportive, friendly and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what youre experiencing. My approach blends counselling and coaching, allowing us to both explore whats been holding you back and gently move you forward at your own pace.

Whether youre struggling with low confidence, low self-esteem, relationship changes & trauma, job struggles, anxiety, past trauma, or the emotional impact of menopause and midlife, well work together to help you feel calmer, more empowered and more connected to yourself again. Let us get your sass & confidence back.
