About me and my practice
After working in the health and social care sector with a variety of people, I decided to retrain as a counsellor and help people in a different way.
I work with adults 18+ and am experienced working with people of differing abilities.
Counselling will be challenging, I offer a supportive and dynamic approach to help you achieve your goals. Its important that you are in charge of your own therapy and I endeavour to build a trusting and explorative relationship with you.
Qualifications
Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling
Continued Professional Development in: Working Online (counselling), Walk and Talk Therapy, ASIST Trained, Complex Trauma, Suicide Awareness, Addiction, Dementia awareness, Oliver McGowan Learning Disability & Autism Training, Working with Shame and Anger, Conflict and De-escalation, Inner Wellness, Mindfulness, GDPR & Safeguarding.
