Initial Consultation
Before we begin working together, I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about what you're looking for, explore whether my approach feels right for you, and give you space to ask any questions about me, how I work, or what to expect from the counselling process.
The consultation is an informal conversation with no pressure to commit. Afterward, I encourage you to take some timeperhaps a couple of daysto reflect and decide if you feel comfortable moving forward. If youd like to proceed, well arrange regular weekly sessions at a mutually convenient time.
In our first session, well begin by reviewing our working agreement, which outlines the boundaries and expectations of the counselling relationship. Well also start to explore in more depth what youd like to focus on in therapy, at a pace that feels right for you.
