Hi, Im Judith. I support adults who are struggling with emotional pain rooted in difficult childhood experiences, including growing up feeling unseen, misunderstood, or unsupported. You may find yourself battling guilt, shame, anxiety, low self-esteem, or a persistent feeling of not being good enough. Together, we can begin to make sense of these experiences and explore how they may still be affecting your life today.
About me and my practice
Alongside professional training, I bring lived experience, compassion, curiosity, and honesty to my counselling work. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and able to explore difficult emotions safely and at your own pace.
Experience
I work exclusively online, offering counselling in a safe, confidential, and supportive space wherever you are.
I focus on several areas, mainly childhood emotional trauma in adults, including stress, anxiety, low mood, low confidence and self-esteem, workplace and other bullying, mental health issues, loss, grief and depression, as well as issues associated with race.
