About me and my practice
I am an experienced integrative counsellor working in private practice with adults and couples, offering a warm, creative and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely heard, understood and supported.
My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to the individual rather than expecting clients to fit one model. Alongside one-to-one and couples counselling, I facilitate therapeutic groups, wellbeing workshops, restorative retreats and sound baths, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and improve their emotional wellbeing.
My background in education, counselling and group facilitation enables me to work confidently with people from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions and personal growth.
I am passionate about making therapy accessible and believe that meaningful change happens through authentic human connection, compassion and curiosity.

Initial Consultation
I always set up a free initial phone call to discuss how we might work together. If you decide to go ahead, I would let you have a copy of my contract, and we can then set up a first session. First sessions are often exploratory, as we get to know each other and develop a therapeutic alliance.
Fees
£50 for individuals, £65 for couple's work.
