About me and my practice
As a person-centred counsellor, my focus is on you as an individual, valuing your unique experiences and perspectives. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide genuine acceptance, empathy, and understanding as you navigate through your challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck in life, person-centred counselling can empower you to gain insight, self-awareness, and the confidence to make positive changes.
In addition to my person-centred approach, I specialise in providing bereavement counselling. Losing a loved one can be one of the most difficult experiences we face, and the grieving process can be overwhelming and complex. As a specialised bereavement counsellor, I offer compassionate support to help you navigate through the various stages of grief, honor your loved one's memory, and find meaning and healing in your loss. Whether you've recently experienced a loss or are still struggling with unresolved grief from the past, I am here to accompany you on your journey towards healing and acceptance.
My counselling sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals, providing a supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and validated. Together, we will work collaboratively to explore your emotions, identify coping strategies, and develop practical skills to help you manage life's challenges more effectively.
