Struggling with grief, anxiety, or lifes challenges? Youre not alone. Im Francesca, a compassionate counsellor in East Horsley and Leatherhead, Surrey, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to help you find clarity, heal, and rediscover hope.

Experience

Over the past 6 years, I have been a volunteer counsellor at Mind and Place2be (supporting children from the age of 5-12 years old). I have also been a listening volunteer at Samaritans.

Qualifications

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

I am committed to personal and professional development. I undertake regular additional training to enhance my practice, ultimately for the benefit of my clients.

Creative Counselling

Creative counselling combines talking therapy with creative techniques. They can offer support to communicate thoughts and feelings you find difficult to put into words.

The creative technique we work with are tailored to support your specific needs. I will explore these with you first to make sure you comfortable using them.

I understand that starting counselling can feel like a big step. That's why I offer a free 30-minute introduction session to help you feel comfortable and explore how counselling can support you. This no-obligation session is a chance to meet, discuss your needs, and see if we can work together. Its a gentle way to begin your journey in a warm, welcoming space.

Fees

Im passionate about offering warm, compassionate counselling, creating a safe space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to make therapy accessible to everyone, no matter your circumstances.

My Fees
Standard Rate: £55 for a 50-minute session (in-person or online).
Concessionary Rate: I offer a limited number of sessions at £40 for a 50-minute (in-person or online).

What to Expect
Each 50-minute session is a welcoming space to explore your thoughts and feelings, available in-person in East Horsley or Leatherhead, Surrey, or online. I offer weekly or biweekly sessions, as well as short- and long-term counselling tailored to your needs.
