About me and my practice

I offer therapy mainly online, but also offer a walk and talk in person and outdoors. If you are local a face to face appointment can be made by prior arrangement at an additional cost, giving you the freedom to choose the environment where you feel safest.

Walk & Talk sessions are ideal for clients who lack privacy at home or prefer a more relaxed, natural setting. Movement often makes difficult conversations feel easier and less intense, especially when anxiety or trauma makes sitting face to face feel overwhelming.

My practice is warm, flexible and collaborative. I will support your decision making by exploring whats happening beneath the surface and building strategies that help you feel lighter, clearer and more resilient.

You can choose from:

50 minute counselling sessions

20 minute WhatsApp/phone check ins

1.5 hour Deep Dive sessions for complex or overwhelming issues

Tailored resources and practical tools

Leadership and workplace support grounded in HR experience

I am fully insured and DBS checked
