Im an integrative practitioner, trained in a variety of counselling models.
This means that my approach would be individual to your needs.
I work on line with clients to help with a range of issues.
Nothing is to big or too small.. if its troubling you, lets talk about it and see what might help.
Experience
Qualified integrative counsellor/psychotherapist. BACP registered.
I am also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS Institute UK L1)
I have been an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor for 15 years.
I also have experience providing trauma therapy in a specialist sexual abuse service.
I have experience working in a secondary school, delivering therapy to students aged 11-18.
