Looking for a therapist already shows that youre choosing courage over comfort. Having a difficult time makes you human.
About me and my practice
I work in a collaborative, client-led way where I will be with you - face to face, online or over the phone - with your pain, awkwardness, discomfort and conflicts to help you to recognise your own personal understanding of yourself. Whether this is your first time in therapy or youre returning; I will be right alongside you as you explore the many parts of yourself old and new.
Experience
Im trained and qualified in Person-Centred therapy, a member of the BACP and I'm looking to gain a qualification in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy in the near future. Although my practice is not limited to specialist areas, my personal interests and experience include anxiety, perfectionism & shame, maternal narcissism, sexual trauma and abuse.
