Counselling with me is all about you. You set the pace and bring what feels most important to each session. Together, well look at your experiences, strengths, and goals, and Ill support you as you find your own way toward growth and change.
About me and my practice
My name is Hanna. In our sessions, well work with whatever you choose to bring. Youll never be asked to talk about anything youre not ready for. I believe were all doing the best we can with what life gives us and that we each have the capacity within us to live fully and meaningfully. Sometimes, we just need a little support to find our way forward, and thats where counselling can help.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely. Together, well focus on what matters most to you, at your pace.
My approach is gentle and collaborative. I may ask questions to help you deepen your understanding and connect with your emotions, so you can find your own way through challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My aim is to help you develop self-compassion, make conscious choices, and create meaningful change in your life.
Experience
Since 2017, Ive had the privilege of working with many wonderful clients, mostly women, each with their own unique stories and journeys. From 2018 to 2021, I worked with an organisation that supports people who have experienced domestic abusea role that taught me so much about courage, hope, and the power of connection.
Im always learning and developing as a counsellor, taking part in ongoing training and reflection to make sure the support I offer is both caring and effective.
