Welcome.
As a counsellor I'm a supportive ally, I walk alongside you and listen deeply. What matters to you and what brings you to therapy is the starting point, together we can be curious. You might be wanting to make changes, you may have a sense that things dont feel tight, working with a counsellor can help you to find clarity.
I believe we all have our own solutions to lifes challenges, but these sometimes feel unfamiliar, or hidden beneath expectations and normative assumptions.
