I'm a psychodynamic psychotherapist and recovery specialist. I offer a steady, non-judgemental space to make sense of what's going on: anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, questions about identity or sexuality, or addictive and compulsive patterns. I work in person in Angel and Fitzrovia, and online. We work at your pace.
About me and my practice
My style is thoughtful and down-to-earth: we think together about your feelings, patterns and relationships, and the parts of yourself that feel hard to reach. The work helps you understand how your inner life connects with the pressures of everyday living, so you can respond with more clarity and self-respect.
People come to me for many reasons - anxiety or low mood, overwhelm and burnout, relationship and family difficulties, questions about identity or sexuality, bereavement and loss, or a general sense of being stuck. I also work with people dealing with addictive or compulsive patterns, including substance use and behavioural addictions.
Before clinical training, I worked at senior levels in major organisations. That background means I understand the realities of high-pressure environments - finance, law, consulting, large corporates and the toll they take. I bring that understanding to the room without losing sight of the person in front of me.
I work in person in Angel (N1) and Fitzrovia (W1), and globally via Zoom or Teams. Sessions are once or twice weekly, open-ended or time-limited depending on need. Everything is confidential.
