Imagine a space where you can be yourself, fully; free from judgment, expectations, or hidden agendas. A safe haven where your true self is not only welcomed but deeply accepted, and where you are free to explore, heal, and grow entirely at your own pace, without pressure or the need to justify your journey. As your counsellor, I offer you this space with warmth and acceptance, welcoming you exactly as you are.
About me and my practice
My passion for counselling began at a time when I personally needed therapy. I was offered a safe, confidential space where I could be fully myself - exploring my past, connecting with my emotions, and feeling truly heard and validated. This transformative experience inspired me to pursue my qualification and become a counsellor.
My personal journey as a neurodivergent individual has given me insight into the unique challenges that can come with late diagnosis and navigating the world differently. This understanding informs my commitment to creating a supportive, affirming space for others to explore their experiences.
Through my personal experiences and professional training, I aim to offer empathetic, tailored support to help you navigate your own unique journey.
