Hello, Im Brigitta, a person-centred therapist. I believe every individual has the potential to grow and develop in their own unique way. About me and my practice

As a person-centred therapist, I focus on the unique needs and experiences of each individual, believing in their capacity to grow, change, and move toward their goals. My role is to support and empower you as you navigate lifes challenges and opportunities.

I prioritise creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. I listen with empathy and respect to understand your perspective and experiences.

Drawing on training in trauma therapy and Gabor Mats Compassionate Inquiry, I help you explore underlying patterns with compassion and curiosity. Together, we work to build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and foster meaningful healing and growth.

I can help with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, low self-esteem, grief, addiction, stress and sexual abuse.

Initial Consultation

I offer a 30-minute initial consultation for the cost of £20.

Fees

Sessions are £50/50 minute each, with a 5% discount applied when 6 sessions are paid for in advance
