I prioritise creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can comfortably share your thoughts and feelings. I listen actively and empathetically to understand your perspective and experiences.

Incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, I help you develop mindfulness and commit to actions that align with your values. Together, we identify your goals, explore obstacles, and tailor the therapy to your unique needs, fostering self-awareness, growth, and healing.
