I have a deep personal understanding of long-term health conditions. I offer compassionate, inclusive support tailored to each client's needs. Sessions are available online or by phone.

I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you can discuss and explore difficult thoughts and feelings, to talk and be heard in a way that can facilitate change for you.
I can help you navigate those challenges and struggles to get back to who you are or want to be.
Maybe you are going through changes, limiting beliefs, and trying to cope with overwhelming emotions.
The benefits of being able to unpack everything that's going on in your mind and having help clear the clutter is healing and promotes clarity.
Experience
The space I provide allows you to speak freely about your feelings without worrying about the repercussions. I have experience working with people who have disabilities, chronic illnesses, and cancer diagnoses, as well as their families and caregivers. It can be challenging to cope with the uncertainty and accept the changes that come with a new medical diagnosis and the fear of what happens or what to do now. It can even make you question your identity: who am I now? What does the future look like for me?
