About me and my practice
It can often be a very brave and courageous step to seek out counselling/ therapy. Whatever your reason(s) for seeking help, Im glad you're here!
You deserve to be heard, respected, and valued. We will work at your pace, and talk about whatever you want to bring up.
I offer 50 minute weekly person-centred therapy/ person centred counselling sessions. I work with clients across the UK over Zoom video/ phone sessions.
I have undertaken extensive training in both counselling, and specific extensive training (in excess of 80 hours in counselling online and remotely. In addition to this, I have many hours practical experience working with clients remotely. This means I can work safely and appropriately with you.
So whether you prefer counselling over the phone, or via video call, I can provide a safe, warm and welcoming space for you.

What can I help with?
There may be many reasons why you might be contemplating counselling.
I have helped clients experiencing a range of issues, like the things you are working through.
Perhaps youre struggling with a diagnosis or symptoms of depression. Your anxiety or social anxiety may have been through the roof since COVID? You might be struggling with family issues, or find the stress of life is getting too much. You might be struggling to work through a bereavement, or are suffering from low self-esteem or low self-confidence.
You may feel out of sorts or that you cant be yourself. You may feel numb or are experiencing very intense feelings such as guilt, grief from a loss, or shame. You may feel alone, overwhelmed or unheard.
It feels like we all have many pressures, and you might feel close to burnout. You may feel that you need some help, and don't know where to turn?
