About me and my practice
My specialised focus lies in providing empathetic support to individuals navigating past traumas, encompassing areas such as sexual abuse, domestic violence, low self-esteem, self-injury and grief. Through a compassionate and tailored approach, I work collaboratively with you to foster greater self-awareness, enhance emotional resilience and more.
I offer therapy sessions in-person as well as online, with fidget resources, or online via video. I'm available most Monday-Saturday day and in the evenings.

Experience
Drawing from a robust academic foundation in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (First Class Honours, University of Worcester) and a specialised Counselling and Psychotherapy MSc (Keele University), I bring five years of dedicated academic training to my counselling practice. My hands-on experiences have been within diverse settings, including roles in youth mentoring, supporting young carers, and contributing to the mission of a domestic abuse and sexual assault charity (Womans Aid). These varied experiences have enriched my skill set, allowing me to offer a holistic and empathetic approach in my therapeutic work.
Rooted in the principles of Person-Centred Counselling, I hold a deep belief in your inherent wisdom as the compass guiding our therapeutic (client-led) journey.
