About me and my practice
I trained to be a counsellor 20 years ago after finding counselling very valuable for me personally.
I understand it can be daunting to take that first step but by doing so it can be life changing!
I believe the counselling process is a collaborative one.
I can help you find your way through issues, gain perspective and understanding that will enable you to move forward.
I am integrative counsellor - using different approaches when appropriate and considering the individuals needs.
I have worked in a variety of settings such as EAPs, private practice. Face to face, telephone and online.
Experience
Over the 20 years I have been practising as a counsellor I have worked with a wide variety of people and issues.
The issues include relationship problems, anxiety, depression, work related stress, bereavement, low self-esteem.

£45 per session to be paid by bank transfer in advance of the session.
