About me and my practice
Talking to me will feel different to talking to friends or family. I am interested in you and your experiences. I offer through kindness and compassion a non judgmental space, a place for you to be heard and understood. Working together , we can explore and work towards your therapeutic goals and finding a way for your to understand yourself, goals and relationships . I believe you are your own expert, I dont have all the answers. I wont give advice or my opinions but together we can find a space focused on you and what you need.
Experience
I work helping individuals navigate the challenges that neurodiversity presents in their lives. I have vast experience with neurodiversity particularly Dyspraxia, Autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. My approach is based on empathy, understanding and creating a space where clients can express their experiences, thoughts and emotions
