I intergrate my therapy using Psychodynamic, Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioural therapy and these models are tailored to each clients needs. I offer short term therapy for those that wish to address a spacific issue and longer term therapy for deeper exploration.
My aim as a therapist would be to focus on helping you to make the desired changes in order to gain greater awareness of your own potential and the psychological block that get in the way of you achieving this.

I specialise in many areas including sexual abuse, self harm, various types of addictions, relationship issues parenting issues, Self home, Sadness, Loss, Depression,Over thinking and Anxiety.
